Here is a super quick idli podi or gunpowder recipe for babies and toddlers with healthy ingredients.
Dry roast all the ingredients given below and grind it to a coarse powder.
Peanuts- a hand full
Sesame seeds-1tbsp
Curry leaves-1 spring
Garlic pods-2
Red chilly-half
Salt - as needed
I used roasted peanuts. Remove the skin completely after roasting the peanuts. You can also add more chilly if you prefer,I made it less spicier for my son.
