Here is a healthy avocado salad recipe with a dash of pepper and lime. I like to have this as a side dish for rotis. I mix it with scrambled eggs and ketchup and roll it in rotis.You can top it on boiled and halved eggs or have it with your favourite nachos.
Ingredients :
- Avocados - 4
- Lemon- 3 tbsp
- Pepper (freshly ground)-1 tsp
- Salt-as per taste
- Minced garlic clove-1
- Onion-1
- Tomato-1
- Cilantro or coriander leaves- few
Preparation :
- Cut the avacado into halves and remove the pit.Scoop the pulp and put it in a bowl.
- Add all the other ingredients and mix well.
- Tasty and healthy guacamole is ready.
