Guacamole salad (Avocado)

Here is a healthy avocado salad recipe with a dash of pepper and lime. I like to have this as a side dish for rotis. I mix it with scrambled eggs and ketchup and roll it in rotis.You can top it on boiled and halved eggs or have it with your favourite nachos.

Ingredients :
  • Avocados - 4
  • Lemon- 3 tbsp
  • Pepper (freshly ground)-1 tsp
  • Salt-as per taste
  • Minced garlic clove-1
  • Onion-1
  • Tomato-1
  • Cilantro or coriander leaves- few

Preparation :
  1. Cut the avacado into halves and remove the pit.Scoop the pulp and put it in a bowl.
  2. Add all the other ingredients and mix well.
  3. Tasty and healthy guacamole is ready.
