More kuzhambu

More kuzhambu is one of the authentic dishes from Tamilnadu. It is a curd based gravy flavoured with ground coconut and selective spices. This is had by mixing it with white rice and tastes fantastic when had with spicy plantain or potato curry. This is very easy to prepare and a great lunch option.
I have used white pumpkin in this more kuzhambu. You can also use ladies finger/okra, brinjal, yellow pumpkin, plantain or parupu urundai to make this. The procedure and ingredients remain the same.

I have added step by step instructions with picture below on how to prepare this tasty more kuzhambu.
