Step by step instructions :
1. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard and urad dal.
2. Add the curry leaves, ginger and green chilly
3. Add the onions and saute for a minute
4. Add the vegetables and saute for few seconds
5. Pour water and let it boil until the vegetables are well cooked
5. Add needed salt
6. Add the wheat rava and mix well. Let it cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
6. Wheat upma is ready. Serve with coconut chutney.
Ingredients:- Samba wheat rava-2 cups
- Vegetables-1 cup
- Ginger-1 inch piece
- Green chilly -2
- Curry leaves-few
- Oil-3 tsp
- Mustard seeds-1tsp
- Urad dal-1tsp
- Water-5 cups
- Salt-as needed
