 Making a fussy toddler eat is the most challeniging  task ever. Running and chasing to feed them makes you tired. Altering the regular menu and trying new dishes is one way of attracting them to like food.  Incorporating diffrent shapes and colour to the food is the best method.  Always consult your paediatrician before starting solids for your baby who is 6 to 12 months old and follow the three day rule for every new food you give your baby. Do not add salt or sugar in baby's food until they are one year old and honey should not be given to babies less than a year old for it causes botulism.
