Masala tea

Nothing is more comforting than a cup of masala tea in the evening after a long day. Fresh ginger and elaichi adds a great flavour and taste. it is a good option when you have a cold or headache.Having a cup of this masala tea daily improves digestion.


Serving size:3 cups
Time:5 minutes

Ingredients:
  • Ginger - 1 inch piece
  • Elaichi - 2 or 3 pods
  • Milk-2 cups
  • Water-1 cup
  • Tea dust- 2 teaspoons
Preparation:
1.take a tea pan and pour the water in it. Add the tea dust to it.
2. Crush the ginger and elaichi and add it to the water.Bring it to a boil and simmer.
3. Now add the milk to this decoction and wait for it to boil well and switch off the flame.
4. stain it using a tea filter and serve hot.
