Egg roast is a very simple dish that can be served s a side dish for any rice variety.
It is prepared using boiled eggs and spice powders. Pack this in your kid's lunch box as a side dish for sambar or Rasam rice or even veg pulao or tomato rice and they will surely like it.
Ingredients :
- Hard boiled eggs- 4
- Turmeric powder- a pinch
- Red chilly powder-1 tsp
- Pepper powder-1tsp
- Jeera powder-1tsp
- Salt
Preparation :
- Cut the hard boiled eggs into halves.
- Heat oil in a pan
- Add the eggs to it and sprinkle all the spice powders and salt on it and gently mix it evenly.
- Cook for few minutes until the raw smell of the spice leaves.
- Switch off flame and immediately transfer the dish to another bowl.
