Avocado Milkshake

Avocado is incredibly nutritious snd is too godd for your health. It has heart healthy fatty acids and is a rich souce of potassium.this fruit is loaded with fibre and is good to lower blood cholesterol levels.is a quick butter fruit milkshake recipe. 

Ingredients:
  • Avocado/butter fruit-1
  • Milk-1 cup 
  • Sugar

Preparation:
  1. Cut the fruit lengthwise and remove the seed
  2. Scoop the pulp
  3. Blend the avocado,cold milk and sugar in a juicer and serve chilled.
