Fruit and nut milkshake

Here is another tasty milkshake recipe using dry fruits and nuts.Some kids don't like to drink milk and they miss out on their daily dose of calcium. You can give this to your fussy kids and they will love the taste for sure. You can even serve it hot or warm if you don prefer cold foods for your little ones.whether it is hot or cold it tastes equally good.

Ingredients : 
  • Milk -half ltr
  • Mixed nuts(almonds,pistachios, walnuts,cashews)-1 tbsp
  • Dry fruits (figs,dates,cranberries etc)-1 tbsp
  • Sugar

Preparation : 
  1. Soak the dry fruits and nuts in milk for half an hour.
  2. In a blender add the soled nuts and dry fruits and add the remaining milk to it and blend well
  3. Tasty and healthy fruit and nut milk shake is ready!
