Papaya juice

Papaya is one precious fruit loaded with nutrielts.  It has several health benefits and is good if consumed on a regular basis. It aids in digestion, good for eye sight, eases menstrual cramps, gteat for diabetics , lowers cholesterol, helps in weight loss and a lot more.
Here is a fresh and yummy papaya juice recipe that you can try at home.


Ingredients:
  • Papaya cubes-1 cup
  • Ice cubes-4 or 5
  • Honey-as needed 
Directions : 
  • Blend all the ingredients in a juicer for 1 minute.
  • Transfer to serving glasses and serve immediately. 
  • Add milk before consuming for a rich taste.
