Nothing can be so comforting like a hot bowl of soup when you feel under the weather. Here is a tasty and healthy vegetable clear soup recipe. This can be given to babies and adults.
Mixed vegetables-1/4 cup
Water-1 cup
Ginger-1 small piece
Garlic-1 pod
Fennel seeds-1 tsp
Turmeric powder-1 pinch
Pepper powder
Salt
Preparation:
- Take the veggies in a bowl add water,ginger,garlic,fennel seeds and turmeric powder.
- Boil irlt until the veggies are soft.
- Strain the water and reserve it.
- Now add the veggies to a blender and grind to a paste
- Mix this paste with the reserved water and mix well
- Strain again to remove bigger chunks
- Add salt and pepper as needed and serve hot.
