Mushrooms and eggs are a great combo. Mushrooms are not just tasty but are also loaded with a lot of goodness. Mushroom omlet has a great nutritional value and can be served as breakfast or snack to kids. I have not added cheese but you can add cheese to it for a more rich taste.
Ingredients :
- Eggs-2
- Button Mushroom- a few
- Pepper powder-half tsp
- Salt
- Oil-1 tsp
- Tomatoes (optional) - 1 small
- Coriander leaves (optional)-a few
- Grated cheese (optional)
Preparation :

- Break open the eggs in a bowl
- Add all the ingredients (except cheese) and beat well.
- Pour the eggs in a tawa and (sprinkle grated cheese if your using it) cook both sides.
- Serve it hot.
Method 2:
- Break open the eggs in a bowl and add pepper powder and salt to it.beat it well.
- Heat a pan on the stove and spay little oil.
- Add the mushroom,coriander leaves,tomatoes and stir fry for few seconds.
- Pour the eggs on this and add little oil to the corners.
- Grate the cheese on top and cook both sides for few seconds.
- Serve hot.
