Blueberry Banana Smoothie


Bananas and berries are a great combo. Here is a healthy blueberry banana smoothie recipe for you that will keep you refreshed after a work out. This is also a healthy choice for a mid morning snack. It is loaded with the goodness of bananas berry and yogurt. 





Ingredients :
  • Ripe banana -1
  • Blueberries -A hand full 
  • Honey
  • Yogurt-1 cup 

Preparation :
  1. Slice the bananas and add it in a blender with berries, yogurt and honey.
  2. Blend for a minute.
  3. Refrigerate it and serve cold.
